Addison Township homebound residents can get assistance in getting their COVID-19 vaccinations. The Oakland County Health Department has partnered with Ready Nursing Solutions in administering the vaccinations following the State guidelines. Please call 810-331-0902 or register on line by completing the Patient Intake Form at https://oaklandcountyvaccine.com/appointments/. To do so, scroll down to "Homebound Residents" Click on the "Patient Intake Form" link. Under "What Organization Are You Apart Of ?" select 'Oaklnd County Residents - Homebound".
